Women and shopping
1:07 PMDoes this bring a smile on your face??? It makes me wonder what it is to do with the word shopping and women.. It sure brings a bigg Smile on my face, every time i know that i am off for shopping it makes me more active and chilled out. The excitement builds up more when women see the word " SALE " or " 50 % OFF " Sometimes i have felt that this helps me like a therapy, which can help me calm and also get back in motion.
After a hectic week for work, we get energized by walk taken on the roads looking for new stuff which is called window shopping. Ahhh.. i forget all the pains.. professional frustrations and fights. In Opp. Men hate to shop all i have seen is they got to a shop see one thing and just buy it they never compare with other places or look for something new. What a boring way to shop... LOL.. yeah yeah i know most of the men will have so many things to say on this part. Though this is the fact, For women shopping spree comes in all ages it doesn't only start when we are in teens or after getting married.
While we are young girls we love shopping with friends and checking out new girly stuff to impress everyone around us. New designs, Shoes, Stylish colourss.. it was a craze those times. Felt like a free bird .. to do anything and wear anything i wished not thinking if that was casuals or formals.
For shopping Age Is No Bar, I am sure even in my 50's i would love to shop and spend a quality time looking at things for my own space. Yeah the only thing changes from a teen to married women shopping is that now she has more to shop for... he he he shop for the room, shop to keep the home more and more trendy going with the new designs. Shop for kids or sometimes for husband also.. then when we get time we shop for our-self... :P
Shopping has been the best therapy for many of us. when we have a fight usually he takes me out for shopping n then continued with dinner.. never understood why.. but when i sat and thought about it.. i saw that when i was upset or angry and am out for shopping i tend to normally come back to calm state and enjoy every moment of it. Forgetting the topic of the fight or things we were discussing etc..hence this makes me feel - Women's are shopaholic and no matter what and there is a strong feeling that 90% of women will agree with me.
I enjoyed writing about something i love to do... Do you feel the same??
