Sun Dried tomatoes cottage cheese wrapped with Zucchini.
Ingredients:
Sun dried tomatoes – 5 nos
Garlic pieces – 4- 5
Basil leaves few
Olive oil
Kalimirchi ka powder
Namak swaad anusaar.
Method:
Cut the panner in rectangle shapes and keep them aside.
Mix all the above ingredients in a blender and marinate it with panner.
For wrapping take zucchini think ling slices. (for e.g. how we peel the skin similar to that )
And wrappe it around panner.
Take a pan , heat a little olive oil and just fry them.
Serves: 2-3 (depends on the pieces on panner)
Time : lag bhag 15 mint.
