Zindagi Ek safar...

Ek rasatha jis par chal pade hum,

tanhayen jahan sath hai humare,

rishtey ke bandhan mein aise bandey hain hum,

manzil ke talash mein chal pade is safar mein hum,


ajanane, bekhabar duniya se lad pade hum,

kahi khushi mila tho kahi dhoke mein rahin hum,

kisiko muskurahat tho kisko dard de gaye hum,

Pyar hi manzil thi humari yeh bhul gaye the hum....



A walk with Life:


Yesterday seems like a dream, present seems unknown,

Someone called LIFE walked along with me today,

Holding my hand in hand gave me a sense of confessions unknown,


Life asked me if i am HAPPY? I replied -"Yes I AM"

with a smile on face we walked miles away

Silence between us as we walk by

quesions in my thoughts, fear in my heart, smile on my face,

empty roads ahead n emptiness besides us as we walk by,

A tear rolled out of my eyes; which i didnt realize,


Life stopped and asked again - If i am HAPPY?

This time there was no answer at all,

A drop of TEAR said it all,

And we still kept walking miles away...
